Warranties & repairs
All Nach jewellery is guaranteed for six months from the date of purchase upon presentation of an invoice or proof of purchase.
The Nach guarantee:
We offer a six-month guarantee on our jewellery, excluding porcelain breakage. Porcelain is a precious and noble material known for its durability and finesse. It requires no maintenance, but as a delicate material, it is sensitive to shocks. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee damages resulting from improper use.
Repair shop:
At the end of the warranty or in the event of porcelain breakage, we can receive your jewellery in our workshop.
To assess the feasibility, you must first send a photo of your item to our customer service team via the contact form. We will then evaluate your request with our workshop. No repairs will be carried out before the acceptance and payment of the quote.
The quote includes the repair costs as well as the return shipping costs. The return shipping costs may vary depending on the country of delivery. If you reside outside the European Union, customs fees at your expense may also be added.
